I can’t conjure anyone who dedicates their all to surpassing expectations more than Tricia. She is trustworthy, self-made, creative, fun, and tireless. I have known her for decades and even when we’ve been out of touch she has a way of making it seem like time never passed. As a professional entrepreneur, I’ve seen firsthand Tricia transition from the pharmaceutical biz to hone her real estate tradecraft. I’ve learned a great deal from Tricia, too. She is all about sharing her wisdom be it book or back-of-the-napkin. Her thirst for knowledge and determination to find perfection in a humbled world is unflappable. Most of all Tricia is a morally just person. Her efforts are true and she has earned so much admiration from peers to virtually anybody she comes in contact with. I submit that anybody who comes in contact with her is lucky. From the C-suite mogul to the pizza deliveryman. She has that lasting effect on folks. For this, she stands out amongst the many. And all the while she makes it seem so effortless.
